By continuously updating our equipment and using the latest developments in machine and computer designs we can establish optimum processing parameters, and provide process validation criteria per FDA or other specifications.  This allows for repeatable production of parts and standardization of manufacturing quality leading to a net reduction in both cost and time. Audits and statistical process control checks are performed regularly to ensure ultimate standard in quality.

A key ingredient of the ongoing process validation is the continuous updating of equipment. In addition, preventative maintenance is routine on all equipment and molds. All molds manufactured by Servtech Plastics are warrantied for life as long as they remain in our facility.
